Lace aloe

Aristaloe aristata

Also called Aloe aristata and Torch plant

Houseplant · Succulents & cacti

IT IS THE COLD-TOLERANT ONE. An aloe vera wants 5°C and this is happy at 1°C, which makes it the aloe for an unheated porch — but RHS rates it H2, so it does NOT take frost, and a night below zero on a windowsill will still turn it to mush.
